UN PRME: Reporting on our Sustainability

2018-01-29_10-57-21

College’s of Business have an opportunity to take a leadership role in educating our students, faculty, staff and community about sustainable business (financial, social and environmental).  At the College of Business and Economics here at Boise State University, we are doing just that.

In 2014, we launched our first College of Business and Economics Sustainability Report.  This project was led by our students, and turned out to be both insightful and useful as we considered how to make positive social, environmental and financial improvements in our college.  In January of 2016, the College of Business and Economics became a Signatory Member of UN PRME and later that year, the College of Business and Economics was recognized by the United Nations as one of three universities, on a global basis, with the best sustainable reporting.
